Dr. Aggarwal is currently Director of Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry, India. He has undertaken several epidemiologic, molecular and immunologic studies on hepatitis E, and economic analyses for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B and C. He serves on or chairs several national and international panels.
