Khean-Lee Goh is Emeritus Professor of Medicine at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.

He has held many leadership positions in gastroenterology organizations, including Vice-President of the World Gastroenterology Organization from 2011-2015. He was Secretary General of the Asian Pacific Association of Gastroenterology for many years culminating in being President from 2010-2014. More recently he has held the position of President of the Asian Pacific Digestive Week Federation from 2014-2018. He is also currently Editor in Chief of the Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology (JGH) Open and was Immediate Past Chairman of the JGH Trust Foundation.
