Prof Francis Seow-Choen is Medical Director, Seow-Choen Colorectal Centre, Singapore.  He was chairman of Colorectal Surgery SGH and Associate Professor at NUH and NTU.  He had published extensively in peer reviewed surgical journals and textbooks.  He had given many named lectures at medical conferences around the world.  He was conferred The Excellence for Singapore Award in 2000.
