Prof Surinder Rana is currently Professor of Gastroenterology at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India. 

He is the Associate Editor of Digestive Diseases and Sciences as well as Journal of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research. He is also the section Editor(Pancreaticobiliary) of Annals of Gastroenterology and Editor of Journal of Digestive Endoscopy. He is member of editorial board of various reputed journals. He is member of various international task forces formulating treatment guidelines for various pancreatic disorders. He has been doing clinical research in the field of pancreatic disorders, innovative endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound. He has to
