"Prof Ming-Shiang Wu is a Distinguished Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine, College of Medicine, National Taiwan University and is currently the President of the Gastroenterological Society of Taiwan. 

Prof Wu is also a prolific researcher in Gastric carcinogenesis, Helicobacter pylori-related gastroduodenal diseases, publishing over 470 papers and 3 book chapters. Other interests include Gastrointestinal malignancy, Molecular Biology, and gut microbiota."
